CrewPlanner runs plans across every contract and produces a variance report: planned hours against contracted hours, property by property. That's usually where owners find capacity they're already paying for. One customer confirmed a 14.2% labor-hour improvement on their first branch against their own Aspire actuals; another became $15 per crew hour more productive within 90 days.
