This RPA journey of turbotic in developing strong infra for its developers and clients to get max ROI. **What do you dislike about Turbotic?** Machine learning and the optical character recognition technique have to be a bit improved to cater to the current complex business needs. This can surely add value to the product in this early stage. **What problems is Turbotic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Turbotic can ace all the mega deals in the field of RPA with promising technology. The computer vision capabilities are truly helpful in complex scenarios and also the return on investment is high compared to other technologies. ### 2. The OCR and the computer vision computing technologies are the white feathers for its cap, making the product the best. **What do you dislike about Turbotic?** The major concern can be the scalability of the technology or the product in the very large-scale deployment. The stability of the product for the post-production must be worked out. Apart from this, the product seems promising. **What problems is Turbotic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Turbotic has a good yield returning the best ROI for its customer base. Automatic Business case creation makes it more user friendly. Value tracking and Monitoring brings in more transparency from a Customer prespective. **What do you dislike about Turbotic?** Not that i have seen so far. Hopefully none in future based on my experience **Recommendations to others considering Turbotic:** I would strongly recommend Turbotic Delphi Operating System as it helps me to focus less on Manual Project tracking and Value tracking and focus more on Business critical task. The Customization options are so nice that you can modify this based on your organization needs and use it efficiently. **What problems is Turbotic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving away from Complex Excel files to update the Project status, which is prone to errors in terms of data quality of the Excel Tracker. Increase in Data Quality, removing the dependency of humans to prepare reports for Business reviews, availability of all the Project related information in the same app, Value tracking for multiple technologies are some of the benefits which I think of. ### 5. A few minor UX-bugs, but nothing to be concerned about. Still waiting for the embedded AI recommendations that is supposed to come in the August 2021 release. Works great to connect with UiPath and Blueprism and once you are up and running you can measure performance and ROI in real time. Fairly customizable features but really like the pre-populated templates and questionnaires for Discoveries. Make the life much easier for the Business Analysts. Intuitive interface with a lot of great features, so pretty easy to get going.
