Tungsten Power PDF Reviews & Product Details

It gives me so much more customization and flexibility compared to Adobe. Overall, it feels far, far superior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike. If I had to point to one thing, I’d like to see more connectors with Microsoft services, like Power Automate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the best app to edit and sign the document, it also works fine with MAC OS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to mention, all this are enabled and supported in Power PDF Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Such a powerful PDF tool, I know I barely scratch the surface with its capabilities so why I would ever consider paying Adobe's prices is beyond me, the fact that I can use it on Mac too is excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot fault it, I just upgraded to the latest version and its more streamlined and some nice new features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that with PowerPDF I can edit PDFs. I can move objects around, as well as edit the text. I also really like that I can convert PDFs into other documents, such as Word or Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like PowerPDF a lot, but sometimes when converting, things are off, especially when converting a PDF to Excel format. Word usually is ok, unless there is text over a picture, then it has issues with that too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The PDF business seems to be pretty clamped down so there are very few options available to the average user that just wants a good PDF reader/editor with basic features at a reasonable cost. It has some very nice features. There are a few bugs in it, where the really advanced features are concerned, but for most things it's perfectly fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the Power PDF standard version there is ZERO support. Not even access to the community forums etc and not even a login to their website. I called the support line, the agent continually interrupted me mid-sentence and talked over me. This rude behavior is becoming all too common, unfortunately. The ease of creating a form, making changes to the text, and removing content. Ability to turn the document into a Word doc, Excel sheet, or PowerPoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Turning the document into a Word doc leaves the format and makes it difficult to make changes to the Word doc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The form fields and form filler are the best features within Kofax Power PDF. It has saved me countless hours of marking up documents and I'm sure would save others time as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI could use an update and shortcuts could be a bit more clear. There seem to be a lot of tools at your disposal and if they were easier to find I think more people would use them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

clear structure of the program, hundreds of options available from the image level to keyboard shortcuts (cutting, selecting, converting to editable text, much more) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After editing every single file, it is advisable to close the program to avoid possible errors. Prone to closure (crash) if opened to a big pdf file (50 mb and more) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been able to do everything I need with Power PDF that I use to do with Adobe Acrobat at a more affordable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is such an incredible replacement for the more popular PDF editing program. The costs of the competition are astronomical, and this program does absolutely everything I need it to and more, and we don't have to pay either a giant one-time fee or a monthly fee to get it. It now integrates with a major document signature management system making my job even easier when preparing documents for clients. I can edit PDFs, create them, make notes on them, take measurements on plans. This was a significant cost-saving find, and we now have it on every computer in our office. It's not quite as visually appealing as its competition, and it does take a bit more time to figure out how everything works, but once you do the sky is the limit. My biggest complaint, however, is the lack of support. If I do have a question, I am just directed to a help directory that is seriously lacking. I don't know how to get ahold of a human being that knows the program and can tell me how to do what I need to do. I don't have the time to sift through 50 help articles that may or may not be up to date, so usually, I just move on. That's my biggest frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
