The software allows standard PDF creation but the conversion utility to Microsoft Office formats is a game changer. It allows our team to edit the content of exported and scanned files. Nuance has been very easy to learn. I transitioned from one job where I was using Adobe to edit documents to now using Nuance and it has been easier to edit documents in Nuance than it was in Adobe.
