We tested iMessage against our usual cold email setup and pulled 23 replies from 50 sends. That's roughly 46%. Same lead lists, same copy, different channel. The blue bubble + your real name + profile photo combo is a pattern interrupt nobody else is running at scale. A few things that actually matter: ↳ One number works globally. No country-by-country SIM circus. ↳ No A2P 10DLC registration headache. No "reply STOP" footer killing the vibe. ↳ Real iPhones with managed Apple IDs, not VMs. If a number gets flagged they swap it. ↳ Native HubSpot, n8n, and GHL plugs. Their team builds the integration during onboarding for free. ↳ Live in 48 hours. No 6-week implementation song and dance. What do you dislike about Tuco AI? ↳ Cold-cold leads are not the right fit. iMessage shines on warm leads and pipeline reactivation. If the prospect doesn't know your brand, email and LinkedIn still need to do the awareness lift first. ↳ Apple risk is real. Apple has tolerated this so far, but the policy could shift. Their SIM rotation playbook + SMS fallback is a smart hedge, but I'd build assuming it's not forever. ↳ The product is young. Reporting and dashboards have room to grow vs mature email tools. Inbound leads who filled a form, cold leads that ghosted email, deal-stage prospects that went radio silent. iMessage moved the needle on all three. Where it's paying off: ↳ Speed-to-lead under 5 seconds when a form fires. Reply before they switch tabs. ↳ Pipeline reactivation. Old cold leads texted back that never opened an email. ↳ Calendar confirmations. Show-up rates climb meaningfully when reminders hit iMessage instead of inbox. ↳ Hidden objections surface. People text the truth they won't write in an email. Bottom line: one extra deal closed pays for the whole year 5x over. I love being able to send out messages which see a higher conversion rate. Their support has been really great whenever I run into an issue or need to configure something with HubSpot. They're able to respond within a few minutes. With the HubSpot integration, Tuco AI allows us to bring iMessage into our marketing stack for existing leads, helping us send and receive iMessages and phone calls from a centralized database rather than individual's phones. The KB feature is great, it automatically replies to messages which saves a lot of time.
