They have a very responsive support team that works with users to create solutions. They have a strong international footprint and availability in many different languages. They run ongoing validity and reliability studies on their tools and publish the results publicly (the great majority of competitors don't do robust studies or if they do, the results are not published for the public, only for proprietary users). **What do you dislike about TTI Success Insights?** Their offerings for multirater assessments are not as mature or robust as individual/self assessments. TTI SI provides the tools backed by science and research that give a common language to describe many different dimensions to a person's makeup.
