What do you dislike about TTI Success Insights?

The pricing structure. They are pricey. But, you also get what you pay for. Their interface is also behind…they’ve been working on it..and making progress, but it lacks compared to others. What do you like best about TTI Success Insights?

I use TTI Success Insights primarily for hiring and onboarding, and I like their assessments because they're easy to decipher and help manage employees based on their personalities. I really appreciate their customer service, which is what sets them apart from other assessment companies. Whenever I have a question, my rep always answers it accurately and quickly. I also like the ease of administering the assessments, which are pretty self-explanatory and quick to take. The prices are reasonable, and as I've mentioned, I love the customer service.
