Secureness. Image, coloring and the key shortcut of each screen.

To reset password is a nightmare, all the process is very complicated.

View statements, and make payments. The great benefit is how secure the system is.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

They have almost all functionalities built in. Only configuration is required for most changes required by Clients. They have staff from around the globe which gives them edge with respect to knowledge & experience from various regions. Because of which they are able to bring better solution.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

Cost plays pivotal role when running a business or procuring a solution. Since they have a higher cost point for Change Requests, it usually makes bit difficult to take instant decisions for upgrading and raising change request. Usually they are not open to talk about efforts dissection to exactly gauge the amount of work.

**Recommendations to others considering TSYS:**

They have a reliable product, with many handy tools and features covering almost all possible needs for Issuing Credit Card or Acquiring POS transactions.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization was using an on-premises application provided by TSYS for Acquiring Chip&PIN card and Issuing Chip&PIN card as well. We have working to implement IVR related webservices for Credit Cards as well.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

The best thing about the system TSYS is the fact it is 100% reliable. In the years I have worked with this programme I have never had any issues what so ever.
I have used this program in numerous work places and can confirm it is very professional and due to my current position being primarily based around this system, makes my job so much easier. 
I received great training on TSYS which has helped me gain an understanding on how to work with the program at an excellent level and can confidently navigate my way around the screens.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

I don’t actually have anything bad to say about TSYS. Has proven it’s reliability and insured great confidence in me that the data I am dealing with is being stored safely which is of course a priority.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the system TSYS in the banking industry. The system allows me to navigate my way through customers accounts quickly and efficiently.
I am able to view numerous accounts with a click of a button which is very helpful as sometimes I require to look at lots of different information quickly. The fact TSYS responds instantly to actions is fantastic and therefore receives a 5* rating from me. 
TSYS works on a reduced key basis, meaning to navigate you only require to use a few keys on the keyboard. This Benefits myself as it makes going through customers account details very quick and simple.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

This is the best application which I have worked more. It have great option which works based on different client and regions along with different proi codes for availabile cards in market.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

As it's an option set level based application, all the functionality it works based on these option defined which need to access multiple screen to perform any action.

**Recommendations to others considering TSYS:**

It's best application for vast banking system which having better option to implement using the option set values based on requirements which is easy to implement and fix if any issues receive.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identify the screen for each activity is differ and need to access with different screen name to perform. It should have built with continuation of all screen which related to same action. 
Recording is the best which is used to run any small macros on this.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

Most helpful about TSYS that it provides all the required info to analyze   track and reverse a transaction,  when necessary.  Its a best tool so far to block fraud accounts, process and transfer funds or any other financial transaction on any type of account.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

Most of the time we don't know how to reverse an action once done in TSYS. Its good to have a guidelines on it.

Good learning tool

I solve problems related to fraud and dispute on TSYS. I can check my actions in TSYS events to confirm or reverse

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

The system provides you useful information on clients profiles. You can navigate to different screens seamlessly to collect and analyze clients banking habits. Most relevant information will always be on the top for better user experience. Information is clear, concise and enables users to carry customer conversation while identifying key points. Screen names are easily remembered.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

You would need to navigate to different screens sometimes to collect specific client data.

**Recommendations to others considering TSYS:**

Capturing various details in one screen can help the need to go to different screen to use the system.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating customer records, review customer transactions; make relevant changes such as Blocking Tables, Fraud Alerts, and Credit Card activation status. Using TSYS has helped me resolve client financial transaction and provide clients with long and short terms solutions.

Easy to work with.  Great partners.  Helped Continental Airlines greatly

I found nothing that TSYS was wrong or was not helpful

With TSYS, we created a virtual credit card for use by Continental Airlines for distressed passenger.  

Virtual Credit Card was used by Continental customers to pay for meals, overnight accommodations, and ground transportation during an irregular operations such as a cancelled flights

I am in pure development team. So day to day work involves rewriting the existing old feature to new tech stack and at the same time working on new features and incorporating into main product.

Adaptable to new card technology and smoother integration with card associations.

It's a legacy platform. Require system re-engineering. I'm not sure if API's have been introduced. If not please implement APIs wherever applicable.

Please upgrade the system as their are new competitor in the market with cutting edge technology and better business solutions.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

A credit card IT team, I continuously integrated and interacted with TSYS  and FIS payment gateways and its support teams. The support team was always on front of the problem and worked actively to resolve the issue to keep customer's transaction flowing. The integration documentation was rich and was helpful in most cases.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

Some of the legacy code doesn't have proper documentation resulting in delay.

**Recommendations to others considering TSYS:**

It's a mature product and if you are existing or new banking system investing in credit card processing, TSYS can be relied.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TSYS was one of the credit card payment gateway provider

Take the time to learn TSYS. It is a very large system but can hold great power once you grasp the hang of it

I have used TSYS for various problems from a UX perspective and from the coding standpoint. It is great to have a TSYS contact as some issues that you might run into may not be so clear cut to figure out just reading though TSYS scripts

TSYS has its own CMS. Many leading banks are adapting it. TSYS CMS is an ideal example, how a CMS should be.

The screens are easy to maneuver and comprehend. When a transaction is blown up certain items stay still so it’s not too much of a search for information

The application times out if it’s not in use. The application locks your access if you don’t login to use it after two weeks.

I like how it provides reloadable prepaid debit cards and payroll cards, and demand deposit accounts to the underbanked.

There is nothing I dislike about Tsys. I never had a problem with it.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

We use TSYS for our credit card processing needs in our 4 store locations.  They are easy to use and have a good customer service line for any issues. Their rates are normal and we are able to get extra units when we need them for special events.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

This system is not integrated into our retail vantage POS system. It would be nice if it was. Also, we are not able to store customers CC info for returns, we always need to ask for the cc number again.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to process all 4 major cc without much hassle.  This helps our business to run smoothly and efficiently.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

Given the 9 digit key pad connected to most desktops, it can make the coding as well as date entry simple. This specific program seems to be very simple for the most part which is nice because it only allows you to do things that the system enables. It is very obvious when their is a systematic error making it somewhat easy to troubleshoot and correct errors.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

It is not very glamorous and staring at a screen for 8 hours a day with the exact same print and color of text can cause headaches and i do not enjoy that but whatever man.

Sure.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using tsys right now as a secure server for credit card information. Within the fraud department at my company we run Tsys because it is safe and securely which is much needed when dealing with the nature of the information included inc credit reporting systems.

It is a great portable register for festivals and markets. I have not had any trouble using it, and when i did the customer service was great! Very impressed with how easy it was to use. 

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

i dont like how you need internet or phone data to process a payment.

make sure you have internet or phone data for portable devices

using it for customers who do not have cash on hand, or for larger purposes. great for a speedy check out!

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

This system is considered a dinosaur system but it’s tried and true. It’s consistent and rarely encounter any systematic issues with it like you would on more modern programs. 

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

At this time, I can’t think of anything that I dislike about it besides the fact that it’s times out in under 30 minutes but I know that’s more so a security feature and does not reflect on the functionality of the program. 

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not being able to process debit card payments directly in the system however hats not too big of a deal. Also the fact that it doesn’t allow ACH payments can sometimes be a hassle for my company.

**What do you like best about TSYS?**

I like the ability that the system has to review client's information including purchases and rewards earned with credit card accounts.

**What do you dislike about TSYS?**

To be perfectly honest the system has outages from time to time and clients need to call back in order to redeem their earned rewards.

**What problems is TSYS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just the benefit of applying customers rewards as a credit to their credit card bill or deposit into their checking account.
