Truxello Reviews & Product Details

Truxello is a cloud TMS built for trucking carriers of any size, from owner-operators to large fleets. Upload a broker's rate confirmation and AI fills in the load: broker, stops, dates, rate, and commodity. Plan the week on a dispatch board, follow every truck on a live map with ETAs, and share tracking links with brokers. When the load delivers, bill it in one click: the invoice, rate con, and POD go out as one PDF from your own Gmail or Outlook. Truxello tracks what's paid, part-paid, and factored, and syncs two ways with QuickBooks Online. Settlements handle company drivers, owner-operators, tractor owners, dispatchers, and office staff on the pay periods you set, with per-mile, percentage, flat, stop, and detention pay plus recurring deductions and advances. IFTA reports build themselves from route miles and EFS, WEX, or Comdata fuel imports. Truxello also connects to Samsara, Motive, and Geotab, and has Truckstop load search built in. Drivers use the free Truxello Driver app (iOS and Android, English and Spanish) for loads, status updates, BOL and receipt photos, chat, and pay statements. One plan, priced per truck, with every feature included: $29/month for the first truck, $15/month for each truck from 2 to 10, and $12/month for each truck after 10. Each truck includes 2 drivers, and office users and loads are unlimited. 14-day free trial, no credit card, no contract.
