One challenge we face is occasional false negatives during checks, especially when correlation between company and bank account cannot be confirmed. What impacts us the most is that we are unable to obtain a favorable status on our third parties in Canada. The national identifier communicated by our Canadian subsidiary is not recognized by Trustpair. This is unfortunate because our Canadian subsidiary regularly uses Trustpair. What problems is Trustpair solving and how is that benefiting you?

This allows us to clean our third-party databases by verifying the ownership of a bank account to a company identifier. It is also a guarantee when we are questioned by our banks to validate the proper execution of requested payments; providing them with the favorable opinion generated by Trustpair ensures them a quality control of their client.
