What do you like best about Truss?

Truss assumes the majority of logistics and overhead for my company so that I can focus on being a product manager and executive. We rely on a large team of developers, and I have never had to worry about legal overhead, recruiting, payroll, and other details. What problems is Truss solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've owned a small software company based in Texas that specializes in developing online apps. Our company has been considering expanding our team. However, I've been hesitant about taking on the legal, payroll, and benefits processes since that would add more overhead to our business, causing us to divert our attention from improving our core product and addressing our customers' needs.

We decided to try using Truss'es EOR services because we knew from personal experience that talent from Central Asia is often underrated. We decided to take on the risk since the Trusses executive team had reassured us that all unknowns were under control. The Truss'es recruitment team has put a lot of time and effort so we could interview the right people right off the bat. We hired our first team members, and we could not be happier! Our team consists of young people ready to confront the challenges of the job.
