**What do you like best about TruScribe?**

1) Whiteboard animation with handwriting effect
2) Repository of customized props to use for visual storytelling
3) Quick and easy 
4) Constant engagement

**What do you dislike about TruScribe?**

1) The template library should be more exhaustive, and there should be updated regularly
2) Customer service should be more prompt
3) Images often get pixelated when imported from any third-party application

If you want to convey your brand story and hook your audience with the highest engagement, use this software.

**What problems is TruScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Breaking the monotony of powerpoints with whiteboard animation videos
2) It is proven that the whiteboard animation style of storytelling improves engagement and retention rates
3) A plain content can be conveyed in a more engaging way using this software

**What do you like best about TruScribe?**

We loved how TruScribe's hand-drawn whiteboard videos were able to condense complex processes into easily digestible video content.

**What do you dislike about TruScribe?**

The content can sometimes seem a little bit generic, but I believe that is due to the format.

**What problems is TruScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TruScribe helped us with marketing and internal training solutions.
