We are in the financial services space and use Trulioo to verify clients' identities to meet anti-money laundering requirements. Trulioo works well to verify identity details quickly without going back to our clients to get them to complete more steps. We collect their verification details and put it into Trulioo. The system has a hard time dealing with rural addresses. If the client has a PO box, legal land description, or rural route address, it can be difficult to verify the details. Part of this is due to trying to get the details between street number, apartment, street name, and street type inputted in the same way it is on the credit record (which you can't see). Simple API and they provide good identity verification services for regions like Canada, and USA. Very helpful account managers who provide feedback, giving potential improvement ideas to increase match rates, based on their own internal analysis of your data. Trulioo attempts to provide services for many countries, it feels like they overextend to provide quantity, not quality, and thus many regions they attempt to service for identity verification result in consistently poor match rates. I don't like the fact that there is no way to download the verification results in an easy to read front-end format like PDF. Everything available to extract is API call format which is not easy for regulators and non development staff to understand.
