Trulioo works well to verify identity details quickly without going back to our clients to get them to complete more steps. We collect their verification details and put it into Trulioo. It checks those against their credit record quickly, and it's done! **What do you dislike about Trulioo?** The system has a hard time dealing with rural addresses. If the client has a PO box, legal land description, or rural route address, it can be difficult to verify the details. Part of this is due to trying to get the details between street number, apartment, street name, and street type inputted in the same way it is on the credit record (which you can't see). It can involve some trial and error and guessing to get the client verified. **What problems is Trulioo solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we are not meeting clients face to face we need some way of verifying who we are talking to and making sure that we are following all rules for our industry. It has the latest tech needed for fintech works to expand. **What do you dislike about Trulioo?** I don't like the fact that there is no way to download the verification results in an easy to read front-end format like PDF. Everything available to extract is API call format which is not easy for regulators and non development staff to understand.
