**What do you like best about TRUE?**

Unlike pdfs or documents, it is impossible to forge documents/certificates on TRUE. This provides better credibility to the organization issuing documents using TRUE.

**What do you dislike about TRUE?**

Expensive, over 200 EUR for a monthly subscription. Additional resources and user agreement details are required. Takes two days after sending a pdf or document to get the design as needed,

**What problems is TRUE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprise scale credibility, issuing certificates (job, courses etc). Document transfer is also an excellent feature for transferring/selling it enables the transfer of ownership of the documents. The design is incredibly creative and adds to aesthetics along with security.
