Troopr Helpdesk resolves employee IT requests faster in Slack by providing automated suggestions from Confluence and allowing bi-directional ticket updates between Slack and Jira Service management. Users simply need to add emoji reactions to their conversations to create Jira tickets from Slack. Any updates or modifications made in Jira trigger actionable notifications in Slack channels in real time, and changes made in Slack threads are also reflected in Jira in real time.

I don't see or find any dislikes for this Atlassian plugin tool.

We use for instant responses to employee requests in Slack, automated suggestions, and automated tracking.
