What do you like best about trica equity?

Trica equity provides a single platform for managing cap-table and ESOPs that gives greater real-time visibility. We always receive positive support from the Tica team as and when we have any minor issues while using Trica. What do you dislike about trica equity?

Well, nothing that I dislike! :) One thing that can be there is that dual control while initiating a grant. Currently, one employee (inputter) can create a grant and another senior employee ('approver') approves the grant. There can be one more layer of checker between inputter and approver. What problems is trica equity solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are two problems that Trica helped us solve. First, we have a large number of shareholders in our cap-table. It was very difficult to manage using MS Excel. It was difficult to persuade the auditor that we have adequate internal controls for managing cap tables. Trica helped us solve the problem of managing cap table and giving a high degree of confidence to our auditor about our internal control. The Second problem is the large of a number of employees in whom options are granted under an ESOP Scheme. It would not have been possible without Trica to initiate the grants and manage the records of grants, vesting, and exercise of options in a paperless manner. What do you like best about trica equity?

We use Trica to manage ESOPs and SARs allotted to our employees. Its a self-service tool for employees with complete access to their ESOP grants. What do you like best about trica equity?

It was very easy for us to set up our ESOP plan on Trica. They helped us with all the required documentation and also provided the requisite guidance. All employees can see their grants and vested/unvested equity in real-time on the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trica equity?

We have not been able to figure out how to manage advisor equity on the platform that we have allocated through the issuance of phantom stocks.

Once an employee resigns, there is no automated way to add the unvested equity back into the available/ungranted pool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
