Specifically, Davis DeMelo teamed up with me and impressed me with his efficient review of my skill set and experience. Although I was a senior status candidate Mr. DeMelo shared his listening skills and shared a few options to review as employment opportunities. This was a refreshing and professional experience from the beginning and only had a few adjustments to my profile for Mr. DeMelo to pursue presentations for me as a qualified candidate. After agreeing to use their service, I hopped on a call with several recruiters that were energetic and knowledgable and seemed genuinely excited about helping us solve our hiring needs! I was wasting time, money and energy trying to source candidates myself and getting absolutely nowhere. Within a few days of onboarding I had several qualified candidates to choose from.
