Specifically, Davis DeMelo teamed up with me and impressed me with his efficient review of my skill set and experience. Although I was a senior status candidate Mr. DeMelo shared his listening skills and shared a few options to review as employment opportunities. This was a refreshing and professional experience from the beginning and only had a few adjustments to my profile for Mr. DeMelo to pursue presentations for me as a qualified candidate. After agreeing to use their service, I hopped on a call with several recruiters that were energetic and knowledgable and seemed genuinely excited about helping us solve our hiring needs! **What do you dislike about Treeline Inc.?** There wasn't anything I disliked about Treeline. I was wasting time, money and energy trying to source candidates myself and getting absolutely nowhere. Within a few days of onboarding I had several qualified candidates to choose from. **Recommendations to others considering Treeline Inc.:** As someone who was reluctant to work with recruiters, don't be! They are absolute pros at what they do and I highly recommend them! **What problems is Treeline Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wasn't able to properly source candidates for my outsides sales rep role at my company and was just wasting a lot of time and money looking for candidates using the wrong tools and getting absolutely nowhere. They have been able to find us very talented sales professionals for our organization where we were not getting the best candidates that fit our need.
