Smartpoint cloud, this is very user friendly portal that i can easily get the results and price comparison. Additionally the best part is its seamless integration of all travel content—from traditional fares to NDC—in a modern, easy-to-use platform that boosts user efficiency. I have experienced login difficulties, particularly when I haven't logged in for more than a week, as this often leads to password expiry. Some key disadvantages I've noticed are occasional system lag during peak hours, inconsistent NDC content among different airlines, and the added cost or mandatory inclusion of GDS tools that were previously optional in the new packages. It allows us to solve issues without leaving our workflow, as both NDC and traditional booking are supported. Without needing a GAL installation, we can access the system remotely via Smartpoint Cloud. Travelport+ addresses fragmented content and complicated workflows by bringing together all fares—GDS, NDC, and LCCs—on a single platform, which enhances agent efficiency and enables greater personalization. Most of the time, the system is slow and often gets stuck, especially on busy days. Galileo only provides prices for the lowest class within a cabin, either entirely economy or entirely business, and it never offers lowest pricing for mixed classes. Regarding the issue with private fares, having to process them manually is time-consuming. When entering mixed classes, the system should automatically select the lowest fare available within the same cabin.
