I have experienced login difficulties, particularly when I haven't logged in for more than a week, as this often leads to password expiry. Some key disadvantages I've noticed are occasional system lag during peak hours, inconsistent NDC content among different airlines, and the added cost or mandatory inclusion of GDS tools that were previously optional in the new packages. Most of the time, the system is slow and often gets stuck, especially on busy days. Galileo only provides prices for the lowest class within a cabin, either entirely economy or entirely business, and it never offers lowest pricing for mixed classes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
