
I find TransVirtual easy to use, which makes managing transport tasks straightforward. I also appreciate the ability to have multiple customers using the platform, which enhances its functionality for my needs. I don't like that the request for customization tends to take a while and there's no customer service on weekends. Everything is done by email or chat, which takes much longer than having a consultant contact me directly. I'm not a fan of paying for a service that requires me to pay extra for contact with a consultant. The cost per consignment should cover any additional customer customization. If there is an issue on a weekend, the wait time for a response is sometimes too long. The initial setup was fairly easy, but it was very daunting when you haven't worked with a TMS platform before.
