What do you like best about Transvirtual?

I find TransVirtual easy to use, which makes managing transport tasks straightforward. I also appreciate the ability to have multiple customers using the platform, which enhances its functionality for my needs. The reporting capabilities are beneficial as they provide insights into actual deliveries, driver activity, and completed deliveries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Transvirtual?

I don't like that the request for customization tends to take a while and there's no customer service on weekends. Everything is done by email or chat, which takes much longer than having a consultant contact me directly. I'm not a fan of paying for a service that requires me to pay extra for contact with a consultant. The cost per consignment should cover any additional customer customization. If there is an issue on a weekend, the wait time for a response is sometimes too long. The initial setup was fairly easy, but it was very daunting when you haven't worked with a TMS platform before.
