What do you like best about Transflo?

Transflo’s AI-powered automation has helped us reduce manual document processing and improve operational efficiency by automatically classifying documents and routing paperwork. The platform has delivered a strong ROI by boosting productivity, supporting scalability, and lowering the amount of manual effort required as volumes increase. I also appreciate the intuitive user interface, which makes workflows straightforward to manage, and Transflo’s support team has been responsive and collaborative in driving enhancements and resolving issues. What do you dislike about Transflo?

One area where Transflo could improve is the consistency of its AI processing, since certain exceptions, document classifications, and workflow scenarios still require manual review and intervention. While the platform provides strong overall value, performance can sometimes be affected by processing delays, reporting lag, or workflow bottlenecks that limit visibility and efficiency. The UI is functional and steadily improving, but additional customization, better workflow transparency, and more intuitive reporting would further strengthen the overall user experience.
