I like having one place to upload fitness metrics and progress photos that clients have 24hr access to **What do you dislike about TrainerMetrics?** The one thing is customization. Trainer metrics has fitness assessments built in that I use however I have my clients run 1 mile for their assessment and a 1k meter row and the option is 1.5 miles and a 500m row in trainer metrics. I have a work around for it but it does impact the picture of performance and improvement for clients. **What problems is TrainerMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a straight forward convenient approach to storing client metrics, progress and programs. Using TrainerMetrics improved our professionalism. The staff at TrainerMetrics was great at teaching our staff how to utilize all of the features available. It was easy to get started. The system is flexible, versatile and easy to customize for each client. I highly recommend the product. **What do you dislike about TrainerMetrics?** Personally I had a difficult time getting my staff to use the software for follow-up assessments on their long-term clients. That issue was due to lack of staffing support needed to better manage many employees. My business was an early adopter of this software and any issues during development were rectified. The owners (Hank and Devin) were very responsive to any things that needed tweaking. But they have now been resolved. **Recommendations to others considering TrainerMetrics:** Definitely recommend. Sets a good standard in client assessment software choices. **What problems is TrainerMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software gives us a baseline fitness level for clients.
