The platform will provide a booking portal for use out of the box, a well as widgets that can be embedded in your own website, or used with WordPress. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** There are some areas where navigation doesn't exist between linked data. For example, I can't navigate to payments for an appointment, from the appointment, no can I navigate to the customer from the appointment. I have to instead go to that section of the system and search for the relevant person/appointment. **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a booking platform for our blood service which is fast, easy to use, quick and easy to implement, and through its API allows us to integrate with our partners using tools like Zapier and Make.com allowing us to automate our booking processes. ### 2. You can choose from different themes, all of which are professionally designed. Great customer support **What do you dislike about Trafft?** There is nothing wrong to say about Trafft except the limitation of integrations. I use mailerlite; at least, I'd love to see direct integration with it. Minimal integrations are available. But you can overcome it by using zapier, which I don't like. **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking consultations in an easy to use platfrom. Setting employees, time available, and pricing. It couldn't be much easier. The only thing I'd like to see is more direct integrations with other 3rd party software. ### 8. The dashboard makes access to everything quick and easy. It handles recurring appointments. It's easy to set up and organize the services. They do coupons. Their support team has been great at helping me get oriented from my old booking app to theirs. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** As a single-employee online business, I find the employee and business set up a bit more than I need, for example: setting up office hours and employee time slots. Until they have iCal integration set up, I needed to set up a workaround through google calendar, which will do for now. Lastly, I am still needing a workaround for one recurring event that happens on a set day and time each week. I'm told that is in process also **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have two session packages that need multiple reminders and zoom integration. It has streamlined the process for clients to sign up and get all the email notifications and reminders that they need for each session. ### 9. With Trafft I can book one-time Zoom meetings (free and paid) and recurring Zoom meetings for retainer clients. What I love most about the platform is that it is white label. So I can create the experience I want for my prospects and brand the interface with my logo and brand colors. I also love that it integrates with Google Calendar to keep from double booking. Also, the feature to approve meeting requests is crucial if I can't make meetings last minute. And lastly, I love the analytics dashboard when you first log in, so you can see your KPIs right away and know how many appointments you booked, revenue, and occupancy rate. It has been a game changer for me as a consultant. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** The only thing I don't like about Trafft is that for reoccurring meetings, I have to use another platform for invoicing month-to-month retainers. Trafft only requires payment for the first month's appointment or all appointments during a given period...which is not a big deal. **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved both the booking consultations (free and paid) with Trafft and one-time and recurring meetings. ### 11. Appointments are automatically added to your synced calendar and also updated when rescheduled. Email notifications are fully customizable and they have a variety of integrations you can use to connect your other apps. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** There is not much to dislike. The only thing I would mention is the invitation you receive for the appointment doesn't have the automatic yes/no to accept the invitation and add it to your calendar instead, you need to click on 'add to your calendar'. **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking client meetings and sales pipeline ### 15. But Trafft hands down. Honestly! The best part is we can allocate sales manager, we also can get paid if we provide consultancy like Zoom call. Sync it to Google Calendar with SMS or email reminders. All in 1 step. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** We bought our deal via the LTD platform and the only I don't personally like is that we can manage more business (websites) under 1 account. So we have to purchase another deal or subscribe to monthly payments. But honestly, it's really affordable. Our agencies offer a lot of services and with Trafft we are able to book up meetings for Zoom calls very easily. ### 17. I was a bit slow to set up my account because the layout was different than what I expected, but after some exploring, I figured it out pretty quick and was on my way. **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using Trafft to book clients for my dog training business. In fact, Trafft creates a mini booking website for you so you don't have to go through the trouble of customising a website to receive bookings. ### 19. I also appreciate their customer service. They always get back to you quickly and if there's a feature they don't have they encourage you to submit it via their roadmap. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** It's a very good program. I don't have many things to complain about at this point. The only thing to consider is that it's still a relatively new program and requires some time for specific features to be rolled out. This requires patience. **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run a business where potential customers book a sales call with me. Trafft allows me to do exactly that along with the ability to integrate with other software and also to take payment. Which is perfect for me. ### 20. It has all the features I need and for a lot less than what Calendly would cost me. The customer service is also strong and what's more their roadmap promises a lot more. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** It's still a relatively new service so there are some kinks to work out and some additional customization they can do to keep up with the big guys, which is on their roadmap. **What problems is Trafft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I book potential customer for a sales call with me and I use the service to have them book the calls with me. Especially the intuitive user interface and the individual settings are great. Furthermore, I personally like the design and the fast service. **What do you dislike about Trafft?** Unfortunately, there is no mobile app, but the website is of course optimized for smartphones.
