Tradeloper Reviews & Product Details

Tradeloper is online reputation and local-search software for local service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors, cleaners, and roofers. It helps these businesses collect more customer reviews, monitor their visibility on Google, and convert their reputation into marketing content. When someone searches for a local service like "plumber near me," the businesses that appear in the top map results — those with recent, positive reviews and complete, active profiles — receive most of the calls. Tradeloper is built around that dynamic. After a job is completed, it automatically asks the customer for a Google review by email, removing the manual follow-up that most small businesses skip. It tracks where a business ranks on Google Maps across its service area over time, so owners can see whether their visibility is improving week to week. It alerts the owner when a negative review is posted so they can respond quickly, and it can draft review replies for them. Tradeloper also turns a business's best reviews and job photos into ready-to-post social content for Facebook, Instagram, and the Google Business Profile, and it provides a reviews widget and a job-location map for the business's own website. It is designed for non-technical, mobile-first users: templates are written for specific trades, and most actions take a single tap. Tradeloper is self-serve, month-to-month, with a money-back guarantee and no setup fee.
