Has everything we needed to move from simple residential jobs into more complex government projects. **What do you dislike about Trade Trak?** There could be some additional training resources. Would also love to see a unique email address system so that emails you send from the system come back into the system. **What problems is Trade Trak solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to track jobs due to the size and scale of simultaneous projects. ### 2. It has quite an easy interface to use. It is one of the better application out there for managing trades. The tech support teams are also very helpful. **What do you dislike about Trade Trak?** There is not much to dislike about the app, although there is some lag while using the website. A dedicated app for Trade Trak would be quite useful. **What problems is Trade Trak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trade Trak has made management for all sort of trades quite easy. . We have found their tech support teams to be A+, very helpful. **What do you dislike about Trade Trak?** Lag between screens on mobile phone. As it is a website rather an app. **Recommendations to others considering Trade Trak:** Have a chat to the guys at Trade Trak if you are considering it. I asked ALOT of questions and got answers everytime. They went as far as setting up a zoom meeting and calls to check how we are going using the app. I have found that any concerns or issues I have had have been addressed. **What problems is Trade Trak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accurate calendars for our Technicians. keeping track of labour costs on each job. ### 4. Trade trak do a complimentary meeting to show you the active system to see exactly how it works. They offer a range of setup costs and help. Ongoing costs a minimal, as you only pay per job, not monthly or yearly fees. **What problems is Trade Trak solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are keeping all project information in 1 system. The ease of sharing the information with all relevant people on the project. Accessible anywhere as it is all 100% online. Can add and change users very quickly. You don't have to wait for an IT person to do it. Customizable to suit your needs. ### 5.
