AI-powered PDF extraction auto-populates insurance details, and a self-service portal lets subcontractors submit documents directly, alerting administrators upon upload. Covering all fifty states and D.C., Trade Guard provides jurisdiction-specific compliance data and trade-based requirements. It performs automatic gap analysis, flagging missing or expired items. Features include project-level compliance locks, shareable compliance certificates, timestamped team notes, audit logs, and webhook integrations with construction management platforms.
