TracefyHR Reviews & Product Details

TracefyHR is cloud HR and payroll software for small and mid-sized companies, typically 5 to 150 employees, that manage their people with spreadsheets and email. It keeps employee records, payroll, leave, attendance, hiring and expenses in one system, with one monthly price per company rather than a fee per employee. Payroll covers salary, allowances, deductions and unpaid leave, produces PDF payslips, and exports a bank transfer sheet or a UAE Wage Protection System salary file ready to upload to the bank. Document expiry tracking shows passport, visa, Emirates ID, Iqama, work permit, licence and contract dates on one screen and reminds HR 60, 30 and 7 days before each date. Employees check in from the web or the iOS and Android app, with the location recorded at each check-in, and request leave from the same app. Hiring includes a branded careers page, job posts structured for Google for Jobs and a candidate pipeline. TracefyHR also tracks end-of-service gratuity, team expenses with receipts and yearly budgets, and includes Forge AI, which builds custom HR forms, tables and approval workflows from a plain English description.
