Support team is very good, I'd vouch for this anytime. Digital signature feature helps save time and effort required in manual intervention during our process. Overall happy with using this at our workplace. **What do you dislike about Traact?** This fulfills our requirements to the most expected level. Nothing to dislike at the moment, however more customization options and features would be great.
