# Tout Compris Reviews & Product Details

Tout Compris is restaurant management software integrating staff scheduling, inventory, food safety compliance, reservations, and financial reporting into one platform. Accessible on smartphones, tablets, and computers without dedicated hardware, it uses role-based access to tailor views for managers, chefs, floor staff, and team members. The allergen tracker monitors 14 EU-regulated allergens at the ingredient level, while the HACCP module logs temperatures, cleaning schedules, deliveries, and batch traceability, generating compliance packs. Features include dish costing, menu analysis, shift tracking, till reconciliation, and VAT-ready exports for 31 countries. Invoice processing uses photo capture, and barcode scanning updates stock and logs batch details. An AI assistant answers operational questions in 12 languages, with data stored on European servers and monitored for errors in Germany.
