TourDesk is a comprehensive tour-booking service for hotels and guesthouses, founded in Iceland in 2013. TourDesk simplifies communication between resellers and providers and brings a new source of revenue and reduces the workload on your front desk and back office staff. With TourDesk you can: - Increase Revenue: You earn a commission on every sale through the TourDesk Agent and Portal System. Selling tours and activities can be a serious revenue driver with minimal effort. - Improve service: Your guests appreciate the effort behind a curated sales website branded to your operation. An enjoyable tour experience translates into better service. - Save time: Guide your guests to book themselves on your Sales Portal page or assist them through the Agent system. You can trust the live availability and the booking is confirmed in seconds. - Work with locals easily: TourDesk connects directly to suppliers, giving you access to a great selection of tours. Curate your selection and hand-pick who you want to work with. TourDesk offers two main features: - The Agent System is used by the front desk staff as a point-of-sale. The Agent System allows the front desk and concierge to easily and securely identify, book, and confirm an experience for a guest standing in front of them. - The Sales Portal is used by guests to plan their adventures. The Sales Portal allows you to earn revenue from your guest’s bookings automatically. TourDesk creates a Sales Portal for you and customises it with your logo and brand colours. You can then simply share the Sales Portal with your guests who then can book all their experiences on their own in one location.
