TourDesk is a comprehensive tour-booking service for resellers, focusing on accommodation providers and individual resellers. It brings a new source of revenue, increases their service level and reduces the workload on their front desk and back office.
TourDesk offers two main features:
• The Agent System, used by the reseller as a point-of-sale. The Agent System allows the reseller to easily and securely identify, book and confirm a tour for a guest their in direct contact with, either through online communication or in person.
• The Sales Portal, which is used by guests to plan their own adventure. The Sales Portal allows resllers to earn revenue from their guest’s bookings automatically. TourDesk creates a Sales Portal for the reseller and customises it with their logo and brand colours. They can then simply share the Sales Portal with their guests who then can book their experiences on their own in one-location.
Using TourDesk is free of charge, and in fact, we pay our partners a commission for every sale made through the system. We have a vested interest in increasing their revenue, as our business model is sales-driven.
