Tour24 Reviews & Product Details

Tour24 is a self-guided tour platform for multifamily apartment communities. It lets prospective renters tour apartments without a leasing agent present, including outside staffed hours such as evenings and weekends. Renters find properties on a map, book a tour, and complete it through an iOS or Android app. The system unlocks doors for self-guided access, and Tour24 states it works with different access setups. During the tour, renters get a tour guide, audio in multiple languages, a wayfinder, and a way to give feedback. Property teams can customize the guide and audio. Owners and operators manage properties and tours through an Admin Portal. The site lists leasing teams, property managers, marketers, operations, IT, and risk managers as users. Tour24 states it integrates with existing technology stacks, though the site doesn’t name specific integrations. The stated outcomes are less scheduling work for leasing teams, tours outside staffed hours, and the ability for prospects to book tours and sign leases online.
