## About Total Tradesmen
Total Tradesmen is job management software built for UK trade and maintenance businesses. It gives businesses one place to manage their jobs, customers, quotes, invoices, staff and day-to-day paperwork, helping keep the office and people out on the road working from the same information. A job can be created and assigned to an engineer or tradesman, with job details, photos, notes, forms, time and materials all recorded from the phone. Once the work is complete, the job can be cleared down, an invoice created and sent to the customer, and payments recorded. Businesses can also send job sheets, quotes, invoices, photos and completed forms directly from the job. Google and Trustpilot QR codes can be displayed to customers to make requesting reviews easier. Total Tradesmen is designed for both sole traders and teams across trades including plumbing, electrical, gas, locksmithing, building, maintenance and other service businesses. The platform includes web and mobile access, giving office staff and engineers a shared view of what is happening with each job without relying on paperwork, spreadsheets or separate systems.
