Tooldata Reviews & Product Details

Tooldata is a self-service Social Listening SaaS platform built specifically for Latin American and Spanish-speaking markets. It enables marketing teams, brand managers, PR professionals, and agencies to monitor brand mentions, analyze sentiment, and track conversations in real time across 10+ source types including Twitter/X, Facebook (posts and comments), Instagram (posts and comments), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and Digital Media (RSS/news portals). Founded in 2018 and trusted by teams across Chile, Colombia, Peru, and the broader LATAM region, Tooldata processes millions of mentions per month with AI-powered Spanish-language sentiment analysis. The platform categorizes every mention as Positive, Neutral, Negative, or Unclassified, and provides demographic breakdowns by gender (Female, Male, Corporate, Other). Key capabilities include: Volume charts showing conversation trends over time by platform; Sentiment evolution graphs; Share of Voice comparisons between multiple brands or projects; Word Clouds, Phrase Clouds, and Entity Clouds (automatically identifying Organizations, People, Locations, Commercial Products, Events, Dates, and Quantities via NLP); a User Ranking showing top accounts by engagement and impact; and an AI Summary feature that generates automatic executive insights from your mentions in one click. The platform also includes a full alert system with four types: Real-Time, By Mention Volume, By Interactions, and Periodic. Automated reports can be scheduled at hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly frequencies and delivered by email. A REST API with API Keys is available for custom integrations. Tooldata is designed for teams that want to run their own monitoring without relying on expensive third-party agencies. Setup takes under 10 minutes, the interface is available in Spanish and English, and all plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
