Its implementation is very easy you just need to integrate it into your system and when ever you need it just open the keyboard the icon of this software appear there then you can use it and there you can also provide the images and some other data like message type formal informal etc message should be short or long etc .I have frequently used it for my clients.Its customer support also give you the right way to use it and resolve your problem that you face at the time of using it .
