For a product with complex, tiered pricing plan, managing accurate billing was one of the first challenges we encountered. After reviewing multiple billing tools, we finalized Togai for its intuitive capabilities, ease of implementation, and most importantly, scalability. Having used the tool for several months now, I'm incredibly impressed by its flexibility to accomodate our unique pricing model. **What do you dislike about Togai?** We've faced no issues. Since the team is available over Slack round the clock, we're able to troubleshoot any problems in minutes. **What problems is Togai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We really wanted a customizable billing solution to fit our model perfectly and Togai did exactly that. The implementation process was super easy and fast. We consistently monitor feature usage and plan limits to send timely alerts to customers. And this data is also helpful in tracking which features matter the most to our users. ### 3. I like to play with our plans and pricing a lot and they make it possible without involving developers. **What do you dislike about Togai?** There isn't anything that I don't like about them as of now. I hope ti stays that way. **What problems is Togai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We change/experiment with our plans and pricing every few months. Using Togai our finance/marketing team can do it on their own without involving developers. Also, they offer so many customizations that it is a no-brainer. Their roadmap is very strong and the team offers quick support. **What do you dislike about Togai?** They integrate with Stripe, but importing products and existing usage based pricing and coupons would be helpful. **What problems is Togai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of our customers wanted usage based billing, they wanted to be charged for the amount of cloud spend they track in platform.
