What do you like best about tixxt?

We have been using the intranet/extranet daily for over six years now and are completely satisfied. It fully meets our requirements for a modern, central platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange. We particularly appreciate the easy integration of our member companies, employees, and external partners – this enables true, cross-functional collaboration.

The system is stable, intuitive to use, and offers us real added value in our daily work through the CRM integration with single sign-on. We use it both as a knowledge repository and as an exchange platform for projects and communication. We particularly like the Stream video playback function, GIFs in the info bars, which we use for advertising inserts and reminders, the new channel function, and the fact that we can use an app on the go.

The customer service is exceptionally friendly, competent, and accessible in various ways – whether through the ticket system, by email, or quickly by phone. Feedback is taken seriously, and the platform is continuously evolving.

Additionally, it is a truly affordable solution for us, as many providers are utopian in terms of user numbers and group sizes for our scale.

The implementation of groups, different users, summary emails, etc., makes it the ideal companion for us in the franchise everyday life.

We don't use many features like Microsoft integrations, chat, or similar, but the offering is extensive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tixxt?

We only have minor improvement suggestions for the evaluation tools – a bit more depth would be desirable here. The channel function could be more defined so that some channels work internally only.

The design could be a bit more appealing, but that's nitpicking at a high level.

What do you like best about tixxt?

The online-based social intranet serves our association members (state associations) as well as their member cities and municipalities as a central platform. We use it to organize our committees along with all relevant meeting documents. Furthermore, targeted discussions on specific topics take place in specialized working groups. In these groups, not only are documents and questions exchanged, but also appointments are coordinated. Our municipal representatives are very satisfied with the user-friendliness of the platform. What do you like best about tixxt?

The extranet makes a significant contribution to simplifying and improving communication within our association. As an exchange platform, it promotes networking and the exchange of experiences between clubs and the association, even outside of committees, and supports the implementation of nationwide campaigns. The extranet also serves as a central storage location for templates, applications, and association-relevant information, making it a valuable aid in digitalization. With the integrated shop module, we offer the products of our publishing house and have thus integrated a paperless ordering process into everyday work. The operation is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing users to find their way around quickly and without instruction. We particularly appreciate the integrated newsletter function, as it enables efficient distribution of information and regularly reaches passive users. The friendly customer support is also very positively noteworthy. Technical problems rarely occur, and desired improvements or adjustments are implemented promptly and at fair conditions. What do you dislike about tixxt?

What do you like best about tixxt?
