**What do you like best about tixxt?**

It's easy to share information, even from one group to another. The permissions system is simple and well-suited for large communities and for associations/organizations where both paid staff and volunteers work together. The product can be customized to match your corporate identity. For collaboration, it offers calendars with an invitation function and document sharing capabilities. Another advantage is the transparency for users and the option to customize notification settings. New helpful functions are coming with regular releases, e.g. channels for a visually supported communication or MS Teams integration.

**What do you dislike about tixxt?**

The editor for posts and pages is not always easy to use when it comes to design elements and is prone to failure. The task feature is quite static and therefore we do not use it.

**What do you like best about tixxt?**

We have been using the intranet/extranet daily for over six years now and are completely satisfied. It fully meets our requirements for a modern, central platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange. We particularly appreciate the easy integration of our member companies, employees, and external partners – this enables true, cross-functional collaboration.

The system is stable, intuitive to use, and offers us real added value in our daily work through the CRM integration with single sign-on. We use it both as a knowledge repository and as an exchange platform for projects and communication. We particularly like the Stream video playback function, GIFs in the info bars, which we use for advertising inserts and reminders, the new channel function, and the fact that we can use an app on the go.

The customer service is exceptionally friendly, competent, and accessible in various ways – whether through the ticket system, by email, or quickly by phone. Feedback is taken seriously, and the platform is continuously evolving.

Additionally, it is a truly affordable solution for us, as many providers are utopian in terms of user numbers and group sizes for our scale.

The implementation of groups, different users, summary emails, etc., makes it the ideal companion for us in the franchise everyday life.

We don't use many features like Microsoft integrations, chat, or similar, but the offering is extensive!

**What do you dislike about tixxt?**

We only have minor improvement suggestions for the evaluation tools – a bit more depth would be desirable here. The channel function could be more defined so that some channels work internally only.

The design could be a bit more appealing, but that's nitpicking at a high level.

Otherwise, everything works smoothly, and bugs occur very rarely.

**What problems is tixxt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our complex structure (franchise with internal employees, external members, and additionally suppliers and IT service providers) is super complex. Our intranet extranet perfectly represents all groups of people through a user structure that directly assigns different groups. The functions for hiding, locking, and more, as well as the further developments of user exclusion procedures from tixxt, help us a lot here.

**What do you like best about tixxt?**

The online-based social intranet serves our association members (state associations) as well as their member cities and municipalities as a central platform. We use it to organize our committees along with all relevant meeting documents. Furthermore, targeted discussions on specific topics take place in specialized working groups. In these groups, not only are documents and questions exchanged, but also appointments are coordinated. Our municipal representatives are very satisfied with the user-friendliness of the platform. We are more than satisfied with the range of functions.

**What do you dislike about tixxt?**

The management of members could be made more user-friendly.

**What problems is tixxt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially in organizing our committees and experience exchanges, we had the problem before Tixxt that large files had to be sent via email, which often caused difficulties for the recipients. Through the central online platform, we now have a solution that collects all documents in one place and makes them available to all participants at any time.

**What do you like best about tixxt?**

The consultation for further development, which we need from our perspective, is always competent and takes place within reasonable timeframes. Once a schedule is set, you can rely on it.

**What do you dislike about tixxt?**

TIXXT has evolved over the past 5 years. In the process, bureaucratic processes have also increased - presumably necessary and thus indispensable with the growing number of customers.

**What problems is tixxt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a representative of the interests of people in the Bundeswehr, we must consider the different skills in handling such a tool as well as the various information needs within the community. The demands we place on TIXXT take this into account. TIXXT shows understanding for our challenges.

**What do you like best about tixxt?**

The extranet makes a significant contribution to simplifying and improving communication within our association. As an exchange platform, it promotes networking and the exchange of experiences between clubs and the association, even outside of committees, and supports the implementation of nationwide campaigns. The extranet also serves as a central storage location for templates, applications, and association-relevant information, making it a valuable aid in digitalization. With the integrated shop module, we offer the products of our publishing house and have thus integrated a paperless ordering process into everyday work. The operation is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing users to find their way around quickly and without instruction. We particularly appreciate the integrated newsletter function, as it enables efficient distribution of information and regularly reaches passive users. The friendly customer support is also very positively noteworthy. Technical problems rarely occur, and desired improvements or adjustments are implemented promptly and at fair conditions.

**What do you dislike about tixxt?**

The extranet fully meets the requirements of our association. From our perspective, only a refresh of the design would be desirable, as well as an optimization of the app (settings) regarding notification messages for new posts or messages.

**What problems is tixxt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The complex structure of a three-tiered organization with numerous committees and different user groups presents some challenges. Thanks to the expertise of tixxt, this structure was implemented in our extranet in such a way that every user can find their place and easily access the information relevant to them.

**What do you like best about tixxt?**

Quick and transparent information about meetings and appointments. Documents can be distributed to different groups with one click. Tixxt is easy to use and requires no prior knowledge other than two fingers.

**What do you dislike about tixxt?**

The app is not really good, the interface still needs work.

**What problems is tixxt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We must provide approximately 35 committees with information and ensure that the voting processes are transparent. In doing so, as little additional work as possible should arise for the clerks.
