**What do you like best about TitanX?**

It freaking works. Our SDRs are getting on the phones and connecting more, which leads to more meetings and more revenue. 4x better connection rate. It also allows us to look at performance data and see where any gaps may be for a rep, for a list, or for out ICP.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

This might be silly to say, but it's not a magic pill. You still have to work with your reps, coach them, review the data. I don't dislike this, but if you're not going to bother to put in the time to make your team better, then why are you looking at something like this?

**What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to improve our connection rates on outreach, starting with our outbound calling. We also targeted new industries to go after, and were hesitant to move forward not knowing who we'd be able to connect rate. Using TitanX for phone data and the systems they helped us build have led to 4X more connections and a much faster path forward in the new verticals we're targeting because we're getting our ICP on the phone and talking to them directly. I can't unlearn this now, it's the only way I'll manage an outbound process moving forward.

**What do you like best about TitanX?**

It gives you a better understanding of who's actuallty reachable on your list. It helped me go from 7% connect rate to 40%+ in just one dial session!  I'm a full cycle AE, so being able to have more conversations with less dials is crucial as I juggle mid funnel deals.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

Nothing to say, except that I wish I signed up for them sooner!

**Recommendations to others considering TitanX:**

Credits arent cheap, so make sure that you understand your sales math and bring good lists to score (not necessarily good in terms of 'we have great data for them', but more so that the accounts in your lists are good fit accounts that you actually want to do business with. Also, power dialer > parallel dialer for TitanX. Get something like Frontspin that makes it more likely that you wont show up for spam when dialing.

**What do you like best about TitanX?**

The fact that they do what they say--it's helped us increase our connect rates across 2 different customers. 

One from 11% to 39%!!!!!

And the other from 3% to 15%!!!!!

It's also pretty awesome how these are immediate and tangible results. You can literally see the success from day 1, and I don't know many services or tools that can show the value within literally just a few hours of getting started.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

This is just because I'm lazy but having to log into their platform in order to download the scored CSV lol BUT...

They now send you an email with your scored CSV so I guess that's been solved.

**Recommendations to others considering TitanX:**

Make sure your list building is on point and make sure your reps are ready to have 3x to 5x conversations per day. Sounds silly but it's been pretty eye opening how not everyone can handle that increase!

**What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps our SDR team increase connect rates, more conversations per rep means we can have a smaller, team vs having to hire literally dozens of SDRs to hit the same numbers as with just 8. 

I also hasn't realized this but it's also helping us onboard reps a lot faster since they have more "at bats" on top of onboarding and weekly training sessions.

Oh, and our CAC went down, too :)

**What do you like best about TitanX?**

TitanX consistently delivers the results they promise.  And they're customer support is top-notch - anytime we've had an issue, it was very quickly and thoroughly resolved.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

I've been a customer for over a year, and I don't have anything that I dislike about TitanX.  We have now doubled our investment in their offering twice, because we believe it provides the SDRs with the best chance for success.

**Recommendations to others considering TitanX:**

If there is any room for improvement in your Dial to Connect rate, you should partner with TitanX.  They deliver what they promise, and do so consistently each month.  I'm not sure they offer coaching services any more or not, but I would ask about that as well.  The combination of the prioritized phone number data and a new team script with coaching will ensure your SDR outreach efforts are producing maximum results.

**What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TitanX significantly improved our Dial to Connection rate, providing our SDRs with a week's worth of conversations in a single day.  With TitanX, the SDRs know which contacts to focus their dialing efforts on, and which contacts to enroll in multi-touch campaigns.  By having the Contacts prioritized, the SDRs are able to be more strategic with their time-blocking, and the more conversations they have with prospects, the better they become at having those conversations as well.  TitanX has completely changed the way we perform our SDR outreach.

It just works. I get a 30%ish connect rate so I just dial off my personal cell most of the time.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

It can get expensive. Make sure you understand the differences between enriching and scoring and that you've already cleaned your list before submitting it.

**Recommendations to others considering TitanX:**

If you use the phone it's pretty much a must-have. Running a cold call session and actually expecting each person to pick up puts you in the right mindset.

**What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing founder-led sales so I have to be super efficient with my time. Honestly, scoring a list through TitanX and calling the P1's is the most efficient way I've found to test messaging before outreaching on other channels.

There is a small learning curve to maximize results, however, the TitanX Team is great to work with. They guided us through every step.

**What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My review as the Head of Sales - We used to have a 4-5% connect rate, struggled reaching decision makers and it took 200+ dials to make a booking.

NOW, within a few dials, we're infront of decision makers. Making 5x the amount of bookings with the same headcount.

Instead of having to hire more BDRs, we invested the cash into TitanX, helping us grow our MRR with less costs.

I HIGHLY recommend using them!!

**What do you like best about TitanX?**

Saving our team so much time by putting their efforts towards more meaningful tasks. We now don't waste time calling folks who will never pick up the phone and for those we do connect with, the connect rate has been incredible to see. Justin Middleton, our Account Manager, has also been STELLAR to work with. He's been there every step of the way and was really passionate about making sure we succeed.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

There are very few things I dislike about PRLs. Since this is a new way of operating than the usual BDR workflow, the more detail that's provided, the better the outcome of the partnership will be. Sometimes I don't receive updates on changes to list encodings, or how the validation process has been adjusted, so just being a little more proactive in sharing those would be my only feedback.

**Recommendations to others considering TitanX:**

Just do it. If you have a pretty solid CRM of contact data already, your experience will be amazing. Our CRM contacts are SUPER outdated and takes a lot of work to get a list just right, but it's still paying off. So either way just do it!

**What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PRLs is helping our team solve what you'd call a "disastrous" call connect rate. Our BDR team has struggled in the past to get anywhere on the phones because of outdated contact data from our main enrichment vendor (who shall not be named), which led to:
1) Supplementing contact data with two or even three other additional vendors
2) A ton of time waste trying to dig around for data + wasting time calling folks with bad numbers

Since using PRL, the team has seen on average 25%+ connect rates (the highest % with one list enrichment was 80%), and has significantly cut down on how much time they spend making cold calls to folks that'll never pick up the phone. It's been a huge time saver. We've booked about 5 or 6 First Meetings with only two list enrichments thus far. Eager to see more results as we continue to partner with them.

Phone ready leads are the real deal. We run multiple campaigns as an outsourced sales development company. We use the phone at all working hours of the day, and efficiency of time is critical when we run a global team that's measured on LIVE conversations. My team can be on the phone having between 11-13 conversations with decision-makers every 41 minutes when using Phone ready leads. Not only did we discover how to be efficient, but Ryan has transformed our entire sales process and bucket system. This product is a game-changer and a fast track pass to revenue.

It's a universally known fact, sales reps hate cold calling.

Why?

Dial to connect rates are tragically low.

You spend 15 minutes waiting to have someone answer (if you're lucky) only to immediately hang up on you. 

Then back to the waiting room, hoping, no praying, that if you just make one...more....call you'll finally book a meeting and get your manager off your back.

Call it a 5% dial-to-connect rate on a GOOD DAY.

Now imagine, you take your dial to connect rate from 5% to 30%.

How would that impact your rep's efficiency?

Sound like a pipe dream?

Ya, I thought so to.

Until I checked our Phone Burner account that we've been calling Phone Ready Leads (PRLs) through and saw a  46.5% dial to connect rate.

That is a conversation EVERY OTHER DIAL with a cold list!

In the matter of a month, we've generated almost 2 million in pipeline with one SDR calling PRLs on a product valued at 50k.

I can not rave enough about PRLs and will NEVER work without them again.

Nearly a 1200% increase in efficiency by eliminating the leads that don't answer the phone.

NOTHING. Seriously. I generally can find the bad in everything but nothing here.

The increase in rep productivity has been utterly baffling.

We've been able to augment our inbound efforts by complimenting them with less reactive (meaning waiting for the gods of Facebook to deliver leads) outbound efforts that put my team in the driver seats of their destiny.

Phone ready leads makes prospecting an efficient use of my teams time. When we have so many priorities to balance with recruitment, business development via cold outreach often ends up on the back burner because the time sink (waste) doesn't feel worth the investment. With the PRL system I can load a list and have 5 conversations in an hour, that's an unthinkable conversion rate without the PRL service.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

Nothing to dislike at this point. I sent the request for a validated list and had it turned around in a matter of days. The spreadsheet the results came on was pretty basic but that's about it.

**What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connection rates to prospects we want to speak with is the main problem we solve. Dialing 50 numbers for 1/2 conversations an hour is a time suck.

**What do you like best about TitanX?**

The process! It's easy. We give Ryan our leads, they get validated and then we call the ones that have picked up the phone. We call them, talk and book meetings. The whole process is a game changer.

Literally Nothing. Who wouldn't want to have a higher connect rate and book more meetings in less time?

We were looking at a 2-3% call to connect rate. It was rough. Talk about not having fun making calls. When we signed with PRLs our connect rate went to 18% immediately and continues to increase. We're now having a conversation every 4 dials. It's wild!

The connect rate is unbeatable and helps me hit my daily conversation goal in a quarter of the amount of time compared to traditional phone calling or dialers that come included in sales engagement platforms.

**What do you dislike about TitanX?**

The user experience of PhoneBurner could be easier to understand/control. But the software's ability to make dials and have conversations quickly totally makes up for that.

Solving for pipeline generation for outbound sourced leads. I've seen how quickly an intro call can become a lifelong client. Phone-ready leads pay in dividends.

I'm consistently seeing 12-15 connects for every 50 dials with Phone Ready Leads compared to 1-2 before.

Nothing. Phone Ready Leads works as promised.

Dialing for an hour and only have 1-2 live conversations. With Phone Ready Leads you have 12-15 conversations in the same amount of time.
