Recommendations to others considering TitanX:
Just do it. If you have a pretty solid CRM of contact data already, your experience will be amazing. Our CRM contacts are SUPER outdated and takes a lot of work to get a list just right, but it's still paying off. So either way just do it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is TitanX solving and how is that benefiting you?
PRLs is helping our team solve what you'd call a "disastrous" call connect rate. Our BDR team has struggled in the past to get anywhere on the phones because of outdated contact data from our main enrichment vendor (who shall not be named), which led to:
1) Supplementing contact data with two or even three other additional vendors
2) A ton of time waste trying to dig around for data + wasting time calling folks with bad numbers
Since using PRL, the team has seen on average 25%+ connect rates (the highest % with one list enrichment was 80%), and has significantly cut down on how much time they spend making cold calls to folks that'll never pick up the phone. It's been a huge time saver. We've booked about 5 or 6 First Meetings with only two list enrichments thus far. Eager to see more results as we continue to partner with them.
