I will like to state that my most preferable feature of Tisane API is that it is very easy to use. It has a user friendly approach to the interface which enables me to do the analysis tasks when required. Also, the performance of identifying the emotions and topics in the text is rather satisfactory as well. The last feature that I focus on is the possibility of its real-time processing of enormous quantities of textual information. This has been very crucial for my company since we have been able to track the satisfaction of the customers on a regular basis through social sites and emails. Regarding the negatives I can only state that sometimes I would like technical support to be quicker, as my, sometimes, experienced some lag when trying to get a question addressed.
