Timix.AI Reviews & Product Details

Timix.AI is a time-tracking and billing platform for services businesses that bill clients for time — IT services, law firms, consultancies, agencies, and accounting firms. It combines hierarchical time tracking (Customer → Project → Task → SubTask) with dual cost/bill rates and per-client margin reporting, budgets with soft and hard limits, and three billing models (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Overhead). Built-in timesheet approvals, utilization and capacity reporting, client invoicing, and an AI assistant round it out. Timix.AI is also the first time-tracking tool with an official MCP server, so teams can run it from Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
