The best thing is that we can apply filters for searching specific employee's data. **What do you dislike about TimeTrax?** Initially, it was challenging to train, but after that, it became easy, and I realized that it is the best software for maintaining records of each employee's data. **What problems is TimeTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** TimeTrax is the best software; it helped us maintain records of attendance and payroll for every employee. Even for employees, it saves time and paperwork, as they can easily apply for leaves online with reasons. ### 3. Easy for employees to access. **What do you dislike about TimeTrax?** Scanner on the machines can be temperamental, and the version we use is not MAC compatible **Recommendations to others considering TimeTrax:** Make the system compatible with apple /MACs **What problems is TimeTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Much quicker time keeping function and payroll calculations ### 6. (We couldn't locate the original install disk) They refused to allow us to simply download our version so we could reinstall it on the new machine. This is a very poor customer service policy! **What do you dislike about TimeTrax?** Replacement software policy. We lost the original installation disk and they insisted we re-purchase it. **Recommendations to others considering TimeTrax:** Be willing to use cds for software when you get new PCs **What problems is TimeTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since switching to this product, payroll has been a breeze. Before we would use a manual time clock and I had to calculate the employee's hours myself.
