Timetastic's pricing model does not include a permanently free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Timetastic, a free trial is available for teams evaluating the system before committing, allowing hands-on assessment of core absence management features such as the wall chart, leave request workflows, and calendar integrations. Enterprise buyers can request custom quotes. The free trial functions as a time-limited evaluation window rather than a feature-restricted ongoing tier, meaning the full paid experience is what teams are trialing from day one.

What do you like best about Timetastic?

I find it easy to book days with Timetastic, which saves me from the hassle of having to go through multiple calendars and emailing lots of dates. I can just do everything in one place. It's also easy to see when other people in the team are on holiday, which really helps with planning. Additionally, its overall ease of use makes it a valuable tool. What do you dislike about Timetastic?

There's quite an early cutoff for changing plans on the day. I'd like it to be a bit more flexible so you can change daily plans until 9am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
