Timeit360 Reviews & Product Details

TimeIt360 is a timetable generator for schools. You add teachers, subjects, grades and bell times once, or import them from Excel, then set how many periods each subject gets each week. A Readiness check flags missing teachers and period mismatches before you generate. Click Generate and the whole school is scheduled in a few minutes, with no teacher double-booked. It handles the hard parts of real school timetables: multiple sections, electives and shared classes across sections, Class 11 and 12 streams, class teacher and zero periods, and separate bell schedules for exam and half days. Draft a timetable, review it, swap periods by hand, then publish when it's ready. When a teacher is absent, the Substitutions page lists who is free each period, and teachers get notified on the iPhone app. View by teacher, class or room, export to PDF, images or Excel, and sync with calendar apps. Ori, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions about your timetable data. Built for CBSE, ICSE, State Board and international schools. Pricing: ₹18,000 per year (₹1,500 a month, billed yearly), or ₹30,000 for two years. One price per school with unlimited students, teachers and timetable generations. No free trial or free plan. Platforms: Web (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), iPhone and iPad. Android isn't available yet.
