I've been using Time Clock Wizard for nearly a year now and we absolutely love it! The app is super easy to navigate and use. I have had many positive experiences with Time Clock Wizard, and today was no exception! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are really grateful that the integration is so smooth and the support is great! Me and my team have been enjoying the great features of this app. This is the first time we have found a good Time Clock app that really accommodates what we really need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very portable with the mobile app and it is very easy to use. It allows you to assign quick notes to remind yourself later, what it was that you were doing for that customer as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I guess I would have to mention that the browser app, the google add-on app, and the mobile app are all a little bit different. Each one performs the same general functions, but they all do them in a little different ways. It can be a little bit annoying to remember how to run each app separately. Unparalleled customer service, ease-of-use and interface are so simple. Even 'non-tech-savvy' people will have no problems understanding basic functions. Perfect for businesses to track time and import everything! The staff is also very accommodating, a wonderful trainer and great support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Time Clock Wizard for over a month now. So far, we haven't encountered any difficulties and, even if there was, I'm sure the customer service will always be there to help us! Thank you Time Clock Wizard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an administrator of our company, there isn't a lot to complain about. Time Clock Wizard does what it is supposed to do. Love what I've seen so far, it's super user-friendly. Other than a few troubles, so far it's been smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've heard very few complaints from employees or managers. Main ones were related to the app and not having the latest update installed on their phones, or the customer service side is a little slow but other than that the program is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First and foremost is the customer service, Unparalleled. Ease-of-use and interface are so simple.Customer rep helped me out by showing me some buttons that let me make changes without having to constantly ask the Time clock wizard support team for help! I have never had a negative customer service experience with Time clock wizard if anything, service gets better and better as time goes on!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are bugs in the app software whenever it gets updated, but that is something their tech team is always working hard to fix and stay on top of, so it's typically not a problem for very long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time Clock Wizard helps us track our very detailed labor job costing with our accounting system. Their support is always very helpful and friendly. At times being a third-party app causes disconnects with others' updates, but the resolution is always very easy for their support to resolve and get us back online. Very, very little. If anything, another level of assigning "billable - yes or no" could be useful for us, but hardly a deal-breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After all the difficulties of manually keeping track of time spent on my clients' projects for billing purposes, I came across Time Clock Wizard. It was a major relief! I've been using Time Clock Wizard for almost a year now. It's easy to use and anytime I have a question, the support team is quick to answer. The support I got in contact with was really helpful! So far, I haven't really encountered any problems in using Time Clock Wizard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to operate for our employees to enter their time and information needed for time. Easy to run reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When importing time to QB we need to be able to choose the beginning date of the pay period and the end date of the pay period. Otherwise we have to call Time Clock Wizard support every payroll in order for them to lock anytime after the pay period that was already approved in order to sync the time to QB. We have to approve time everyday in order to upload the time to another program we have in order to invoice out customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time Clock Wizard does what it's designed to do and does it very well. It doesn't over complicate anything. It keeps the features simple but versatile. They also have a customer service which provides the personal touch that we wish every software (or any company for that matter) could provide as well as a software that is amazing, where the capabilities are enough to make anyone happy, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't really have any dislike or feel any discomfort when I use Time Clock Wizard! So far, everything works fine for me and my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can keep track of the guys that are leaving the job site but not clocking out. If we inquire what job they went to after leaving the job they were on because Time Clock Wizard shows they didn't clock out they usually fess up and just say they forgot clock out when they left so they did it later. Then the bookkeeper can go in and change to the correct sign out time and we aren't paying for hours that weren't worked. Time Clock Wizard keeps everyone honest. Costs a little more than some of the other time tracking software's but it's worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
