I always seem to find a podcast or Power Read that's exactly what I'm looking for right now. It's a small thing, but important. I don't want to scroll endlessly. The content is very specific and gives you actionable things you can apply instantly. That really helps to grow as a professional instead of passively consuming content and never applying any learnings. The people on the podcasts that share their expertise and knowledge are often really chill to listen to and the interviewer does a fantastic job letting them speak and she is sharp on details when necessary.
