It's a small thing, but important. I don't want to scroll endlessly. The content is very specific and gives you actionable things you can apply instantly. That really helps to grow as a professional instead of passively consuming content and never applying any learnings. The people on the podcasts that share their expertise and knowledge are often really chill to listen to and the interviewer does a fantastic job letting them speak and she is sharp on details when necessary. I haven't been to many (digital) events, but the ones I did go to were of high quality. **What do you dislike about Tigerhall?** I'd like to see more content with experts from USA or EU. It's focused on APAC region right now, which is understandable but still. I also like the varied and highly engaging formats of the content - Podcasts, Power Reads, and Livestreams - All of which are bite-sized that I'm able to pick up on the go. The sessions are very interactive and you can tell they spent a lot of time designing them to get the most out of the participants and bring the topics to life, even over virtual sessions you feel that you gained quite a significant amount of knowledge. **What do you dislike about Tigerhall?** Training over Zoom can never replace face-to-face sessions and hence, you do have to put in a certain amount of effort to remain focused - regardless of who the trainers/presenters are.
