The best part about it is the sourcing feature, which takes care of the majority of the tedious work while we focus on cultivating relationships with the candidates. Since implementing this tool, my team's sourcing productivity has increased, resulting in a noticeable improvement in the overall quality of hires made company-wide. **What do you dislike about tidyhire?** The only major drawback is the lack of a two-way integration with my ATS. Apart from that, there are no other issues. **What problems is tidyhire solving and how is that benefiting you?** TidyHire has been a game-changer in solving my recruitment challenges.
