**What do you like best about Tidex?**

I like this exchange because it has a variety of coins to trade, and you can also trade with BTC, ETH, WAVES, USDT, WUSD, and WEUR, and they also add new coins, the visual is cool. Additionally, Tidex also allows users to list their own custom tokens after approval, just like the Waves platform.

**What do you dislike about Tidex?**

For example, the withdrawal fees for certain currencies are quite high, while a significant number of users have complained about weak customer support. The ticketing system is prone to delays and, as a result, the support team may take several days to respond to inquiries. There have also been issues with certain currencies that have been listed on the exchange, Tidex is often quick to list more obscure currencies and these can sometimes be of a dubious nature or even be labeled as "scam coins."

**Recommendations to others considering Tidex:**

Furthermore, the company's loyalty program offers high-volume traders additional benefits and incentives. Tidex seems to be growing in stature and its collaboration with the Waves team continues to add more credibility to the exchange, making it a genuine option for those looking for an alternative to the more mainstream cryptocurrency exchanges.

**What problems is Tidex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a result, the Tidex team needs to be extremely vigilant when choosing new coins for their platform, as new operators are more susceptible to making poor purchasing choices. The easy registration process and intuitive user interface are great for newer users, while the wide range of trading markets and relatively high trading volumes attract more experienced traders.
