"Smooth, Easy Onboarding with Helpful AI Chatbot and Wiki"
5/5
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I really enjoyed the onboarding process. It made the entire process very smooth and introduced me to the team in a way that was incredibly helpful. Overall, my experience with the website and building process has been very easy. If I needed assistance I knew who to reach out to and the AI Chatbot and wiki has always been my first stop. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Hmmm.... I don't think I would say dislike. Maybe the only tricky thing has been keeping track of the many different teams and members... It isn't a bad thing and I feel like the handoffs have all been smooth. I think having a roster or cheat sheet of some kind, maybe when I log in like who the current account manager, customer support, etc. would be a cool feature in the sidebar. Then i could DM them if i had a question... again not a dislike, just something that could be done to streamline comms? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TicketSpice: Incredible Customizability and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I truly value TicketSpice for its incredible customizability, responsive customer support, and their willingness to even add custom features specifically for our organization. Being able to completely tailor our event pages while knowing reliable help is always available makes organizing events seamless and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I would like to see improvements in reporting and customization. More flexible reporting options would allow us to select specific data fields we want to export, rather than being limited to preset reports such as ticket information or order information. This would make it easier to pull the exact data needed for event tracking and analysis without having to sort through unnecessary information. For page customization, a mobile preview option would be extremely helpful to see how changes will look on mobile devices before publishing. I would also like to see a global edit feature that allows us to apply design and formatting changes across all event pages at once, rather than having to update each page individually. These improvements would save time, improve consistency across events, and make the platform more efficient to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TicketSpice has been great, until it wasn't."
3/5
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Custom show page and (fairly) robust ticketing options. The workflow around the selling and management of event ticket sales worked cleanly. The web interface is often buggy or inconsistently responds when trying to execute reports on sales and events. The ability to upload a seating map is helpful when needed.

Pricing was the initial motivator for moving to TicketSpice. Some features provved to be helpful, and reasonable workarounds to limitations in options have been effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The AI-only and messenging system as a means of customer support works great until you run into an issue that requires more than messaging to resolve. I have been stuck in a loop trying to fix something I didn't know was a problem regarding payouts and payment processors.

Clear requirements in onboarding, and the resulting arcane messages I receive are not only not helpful, but ultimately confusing. And the lack of a phone number in which a live human being can help navigate the situation is a serious flaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jessica Jaikumar of TicketSpice

Hi Clayton, thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad TicketSpice has served you well, and we’re sorry the recent payment verification process has been frustrating.

Our team has been working with you directly, and the onboarding emails you received are part of the verification process for Webconnex Payments. We hear you that those requirements and communications could have been clearer, especially when something as important as your payouts is involved. We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to help get this resolved.

"Platform needs to streamline itself and make it easier for organizers and promoters"
3/5
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

This programme is relatively easy and quick to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

Doesn’t allow you to insert poster images into the text, which is not helpful when you are trying to sell tickets to film events; it is also very confusing and complicated to have to use both Webconnex and TicketSpice. Streamline and fuse them and take the burden off organizers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to use with clear interface and efficient UX experience"
5/5
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

We like the ease of use for us as well as for our users. It is set up in a way that everyone understands what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike. I did have a quick question that representative Key was able to answer with clarity and efficiency. But there is nothing that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Service and Easy Event Management with TicketSpice"
5/5
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

I switched over to TicketSpice three years ago from EventBrite and haven't looked back. The fees are smaller, and the site is easy to navigate. Most importantly is the fast and personal customer service. I've had to reach out to the TicketSpice team a few times, and each time I did, the customer service representative made sure my questions were answered. I spoke with Alex regarding a challenge I had with a new payment processing system, and I quickly got a helpful response. I'm a small business owner who appreciates personal and quick assistance – I host events on three businesses I operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I have gotten a few glitches in the text formatting (continuity of font style/size) when creating an events page, but that's about it. I like that I can easily duplicate and then edit recurring events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Site Building, but a Clunky Reporting System"
3/5
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

It's very simple to add the elements you need into your site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The reporting system is very clunky. I have to do a ton of testing to make sure I have the site set up in a way that can provide adequate reports without having to compile three different exports into one manually after the fact. Additionally, I would like to be able to allow guests to input their information first before having to purchase tickets when it comes to the flow of the website. For example, in my event page, I would have preferred that my guests select which "spot" they would like to buy before having to input actual ticket information.
