What do you like best about TicketSpice?

What do you like best about TicketSpice?

TicketSpice has been the most user-friendly and customizable ticketing platform we’ve found. As an 18-day festival with a complex array of passes, configurations, and add-ons, we truly appreciate how simple and intuitive the system is to use—for both our team and our attendees.

The pricing is reasonable and transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected holds on funds—something that sets TicketSpice apart in an industry full of fine print. Other companies make promises, but TicketSpice actually delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

If I had to name one drawback, it’s that you don’t get a dedicated customer service representative. Each time we reach out for support, we typically have to re-explain the specifics of our event. That said, the support team is consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful—so while it can be a bit repetitive, it’s a small trade-off for the overall value and reliability TicketSpice provides.
