"Best ticketing platform for small businesses"
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

Being a small business, TicketSpice's competitive pricing was the reason why I wanted to give it a try. Using it, I loved the step-by-step support and the helpful suggestions on how to improve the customer's experience and make my event better.

I appreciate the ease of the process, the transparency of the financial charges and the statistical insights, both during and after the ticketing period.

Also, I love the way their customer's service feels personal, with humans interacting with me as a person. Maybe it's just their marketing strategy, but it feels good nonetheless :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

I think that expanding the catalog of available templates for the page builder tool would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to setup, good and fast customer service, easy for our customers, reporting needs some work"
What do you like best about TicketSpice?

That I can get it to work for my customers - mainly, that they can check out for multiple events at once. Ticketspice helped me get this setup correct the first year. We tricked it into thinking our whole 5-day festival was one event with each concert as a different ticket-level. Once they showed me how to do that, the setup is quick and easy. I've been able to do it mostly myself since then, just checking in an updated features. Anytime I need help, their customer support is quick and responsive, even if they don't have a solution to my issue. They also did a great job making the ticketing page look and feel like us. What do you dislike about TicketSpice?

The reporting. There are some really goofy things like the fact that the dasboard shows an inaccurate number most of the time (or did last year when we were actively using). Also, because of the way we setup our ticket levels and some of the actions, it is virtually impossible to get an accurate account of income by ticket type/level. Some of that seems to have been solved with the new price points option which we can use rather than actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
